Renewing Your PSIRA Certificate

Follow these steps for the renewal of your PSIRA certificate;

On the dashboard, click the “Service Request” icon and under this tab, click on the “Renewal Certificate” option. Some options appear like “Renewal”, “Reissue” and “Upgrade”. Choose an appropriate option.

3. Choose Payment Method:

On choosing an option, a “Pay–RXXX” button appears, click it. A new page opens with the outlined “Terms and Conditions” with “Agree” and “Disagree” buttons. Read Terms and Conditions and press the “Agree” button. A window pops up with the payment method; select an appropriate option.

4. Make Payment:

For an online Payment, input your Card Number, Expiry Date, cardholder, and CVV (3-digit number at the back of your card) in the required fields. Then press the “Pay Now” button.

5. Successful Payment:

On providing the accurate card details, you are directed towards the Dashboard with a message “Thank you for your Payment. We are redirecting you to the dashboard. Your Payment has been received”. This message indicates the successful submission of the application and payment.

6. Print Certificate:

A Digital form is generated for you that you can use anywhere at any time. You do not need to print it, just download it and show wherever needed.  For downloading the certificate, go to the dashboard and click on “Downloads”, then click on “Download Certificate”. The certificate is downloaded to your system’s Downloads folder.

Before starting the renewal process, it is recommended to verify current registration status to avoid delays or rejection.
